The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to establish and regulate the rules for the use of the Site https://poligon.es/ (hereinafter the “Site”), meaning all pages and their contents owned by POLIGÓN S.A. which are accessed through the domain https://poligon.es/ and its subdomains.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

POLIGÓN S.A. processes the information provided by individuals in order to manage the sending of the requested service information and to carry out the control, management, maintenance and invoicing of customers.

How long do we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the established relationship is maintained. The period of conservation of the data provided will be determined by the relationship you maintain with us or when you request the cessation of the activity or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations once this period of time has elapsed, the data will be permanently deleted.

The interested party guarantees and is responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertakes to keep them duly updated. The interested party agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.

POLIGÓN S.A. is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, so it does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.

POLIGÓN S.A. is exonerated from liability for any damage that the interested party may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by POLIGÓN S.A., provided that it comes from sources outside POLIGÓN S.A.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

POLIGÓN S.A. will not transfer personal data except those strictly necessary to transport companies to complete the purchase process and/or in cases where there is a legal obligation. However, in the case of being transferred to any other third party, prior information would be provided requesting the express consent of the interested party.
