In many cases we do not <strong>sleep well<\/strong> after enjoying a vacation, the reason is called &#8220;post-vacation syndrome&#8221;. The return to routine after a well-deserved <strong>rest<\/strong> period during the summer is not always easy. The return to daily life after the vacations can cause stress or anxiety, affectations that can cause problems <strong>falling asleep<\/strong>. In this post we want to give you some <strong>tips to overcome post-holiday syndrome<\/strong>, follow them!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Little by little<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>return to routine<\/strong> must be done progressively.
